Paul Collard - Executive Pastor

Paul Collard joined the Columbia Grove staff in 2018 as the Pastor of Volunteer Development. His current role as Executive Pastor is to lead the many different Ministry Teams, Committees, and Volunteers at Columbia Grove.  Paul's passion is to Serve and watch people grow in their faith.  A great icebreaker question for Paul is to ask him about Officiating Football:)

Heather Olson - Director of Children's Ministry

Heather Olson has lived in Wenatchee for the last 8 years and was born and raised in Eastern Washington. Heather is married to Richard Olson and together they have 5 children, 4 boys and 1 girl, ages 32 down to 8, and 4 grandchildren.

Heather has served in multiple areas with Columbia Grove such as Connection Group Leader, Worship Team, Leadership Team, and Children's Church teacher to name a few. Her passion is to build up women and children and develop a deep love for our Savior Jesus Christ. Her favorite passtimes are reading, hiking, camping, and riding her motorcycles with her family and friends.

Ice breaker question: Ask Heather about cabin living off-grid.

Brett Floyd - Administrative Assistant

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. " Romans 12:2

Brett joined the Columbia Grove Staff in July of 2022. He has been living in Wenatchee since 2008 and has lived in Eastern Washington his entire life. He's married to Sarah Floyd and they have four kids, two boys, and two girls. His parents, Bob and Susan Floyd helped plant Columbia Grove in Wenatchee and he has been a regular attendee ever since. He is committed to God and his family and does his best to put them first. He also has a strong honesty policy at work and at home. But, he always loves to laugh and keep things positive.

Brett's Personal Mission Statement:

"My purpose is to use my patience and my wisdom, to love and encourage people so they hear each other and respond with truth-filled answers."

When Brett has free time, which is rare with four young kids, he likes to cook, play computer games, design websites, craft things, and play board games with family and friends.

Wyatt Hobbs - Worship Arts Intern

Wyatt Hobbs “But now in Christ Jesus, you who were once far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in His flesh the dividing wall of hostility.” Ephesians 2:13-14
